Counselling. ​​I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor offering counselling, psychotherapy and mental health support in Fareham.

If you are feeling anxious, angry, depressed, sad, worried or lonely, I may be able to help. I use a humanistic integrative style of counselling which includes CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Gestalt, TA (transactional analysis), IFS (internal family systems), Inner Child Work and creative techniques to help you achieve your goals, such as feeling calmer, less anxious and less worried. I offer face-to-face counselling appointments in Fareham as well as online and would be happy to hear from you.

I appreciate how daunting it can be trying to choose a counsellor. It might even be difficult to reach out and ask for help but life can be challenging and sometimes we just need someone to talk to. Together, we can handle any unresolved issues from the past as well as any current challenges you may be facing.
